Cambria Welcomes Kawasaki
KAWASAKI Z1000 PRODUCT LAUNCH
“Let the Good Times Roll”
CAMBRIA, Calif. – December 7, 2009 – Kawasaki, a global leader in the powersports industry, and Terry Damerel, owner of the Burton Inn, developed a natural escape plan for the product launch of the new Kawasaki Z1000. The event hosted some of the most influential motorcycle journalists and photographers in the industry for a week long review and ride on the new line of super sport Kawasaki street bikes.
Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. worked with the Cambria Historic East Village Association, a group of merchants dedicated to promoting vitality in the community. Two historic bed & breakfasts, the Burton Inn and Squibb House, entertained the Kawasaki group and the Brambles Dinner House provided the setting for Kawasaki’s tent staging area to show off their brand 2010 street bike.
Kawasaki’s Jeff Herzog picked Cambria for its natural beauty, back roads, and small town hospitality. Mr. Herzog said, “We are launching a completely new and unique road bike and we wanted our VIP guests to experience a completely new and unique location.” Cambria has become one of the hottest small town getaways and the perfect place to “Let the Good Times Roll.”
